Looking for a quick and flavorful lunch? Use this soup base and add your favorite Thrive meats and vegetables to create a delicious, healthy, EASY meal in minutes!   1. Mix all ingredients well, until completely combined. Stores perfectly in an empty Thrive Spice can.
  2. Sprinkle roughly a teaspoon over 1 1/2 cups of your favorite mix of Thrive meats and vegetables. Freeze Dried works best. If you want noodles, try something small and quick cooking like crushed ramen noodles or couscous.
  3. Pour about 2 cups (depending on your desired amount of broth) of boiling water and allow to sit for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
