  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and added honey crystals.
  2. Add in Country White Dough Mix and mix.
  3. Knead 5 minutes, on medium speed or until gluten is formed.
  4. Form dough into a ball, lightly coated with oil. I put mine back into the mixing bowl and over with a dish towel or plastic wrap.
  5. Place in a warm, draft free area until doubled in size. Approx. 40 minutes.
  6. ** if you get a chance to watch the attached video it's easy to see how to assemble.
  7. Divide the dough in half. Roll each half into cirlces.
  8. Place one circle of dough on your baking sheet.
  9. Gently warm the Nutella in your microwave, appoximately 30 seconds. This is just enough to help it smooth out nicely over your dough.
  10. Spread the Nutella over the bottom circle, almost to the edges. An offset spatula is very helpful for this process.
  11. Place your second dough circle on top of the Nutella and gently stretch the dough to cover evenly.
  12. Place a glass, a small bowl, or a saucer in the center of your dough. Something that will show you how far to cut, while keeping your center circle even.
  13. Next, leaving the center intact, cut the dough into quarters. Then cut each quarter in half. One more time cutting each section in half. This will leave you with 16 strips.
  14. Take two strips, right next to each other and twist each in the opposite direction, twice. Now take the ends and pinch them together.
  15. Repeat that process until you have all eight points finished.
  16. Place in a warm, draft free area to double in size. Approx. 1 hour.
  17. To give the bread a nice shiny, rich brown finish, brush with an egg wash.
  18. ** You can top with nut or sprinkles if you like.
  19. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven. You are looking for it to be a nice golden brown.
  20. Cool on a cooling rack. Can be enjoyed warm or cooled.
