Peanut Butter Flour Pancakes

I love pancakes. I love peanut butter and jelly. So why not PB & J pancakes for breakfast? Or lunch? Or even dinner? Give them a try and see what you think.

  • 2 c. Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 c. Quick Oats * I run mine through a blender for a couple of seconds
  • 1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can * or Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Egg Whites, Large
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk * any milk or almond milk

  1. ** Chef's Note: Jelly, Syrup, and Butter are optional but necessary in mind mouth.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir until well blended. The batter will be thick and slightly lumpy.
  4. On a pre-heated griddle or cast iron skillet, pour approximately 1/3 cup batter to create a 4” pancake.
  5. Of course, make yours whatever size you like.
  6. Cook approximate 2 minutes then flip over and cook approximately 1 more minute.
  7. This recipe makes approximately 10 of the 4” pancakes.
