  • 2 c. Peanut Flour (Discontinued)
  • 1 tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 c. Quick Oats ** I run mine through a blender for a couple of seconds, but it's not necessary
  • 1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1/2 c. Dried, Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 c. Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk ** or almond milk if you desire
  • 4 Egg Whites, large (I whipped mine to stiff peak before folding into batter)

  1. Mix dry ingredients together then add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Stir until well blended. The batter will be thick and slightly lumpy.
  3. If whipping your egg whites, then fold in last.
  4. On a pre-heated griddle or cast iron skillet, pour approximately 1/3 cup batter to create a 4” pancake.
  5. Cook approximate 2 minutes then flip over and cook approximately 1 more minute.
  6. This recipe makes approximately 12 of the 4” pancakes.
