Chicken salad for one that you can make in minutes. Used by many people to demonstrate how easy it is to cook with Thrive. Using small jars or zip-lock bags you can make this up in advance so when you are ready to eat it is ready in minutes. I usually do 21 of these at the same time, as I am getting ready to do the 21 club slam cooking where we go see 21 people in a week to share the benefits of Thrive. We also keep these at the house pre-made so when you want a snack all you need to do is add water mayo and eat. It is also known as "No Cook Chicken Salad" video is here
