Quick & Easy Meatballs

A super easy way to make meatballs that hold their shape, and are easy to fry!

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients together, using the potatoes last to thicken up the mixture. (See step 2)
  2. Mixture will be thick enough when the mixture is easy to roll into a ball shape.
  3. In a heated skillet/frying pan, add a light coating of oil of your choice.
  4. Form mixture into balls shapes, apx. 1 inch in diameter, and add to heated pan.
  5. Fry meatballs, turning often.
  6. Meatballs will be done when all sides are a deep golden brown.
  7. Enjoy meatballs with a pile of pasta of your choice :)
