  • 3/4 c. softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 3 1/3 c. Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1 c. white chocolate chips
  • 1 c. toasted coconut

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a mixer, cream the butter until it lightens up and gets fluffy. Add in the egg and water and mix well.
  3. Slowly add in the cookie mix while the mixer is going until it's all well combined.
  4. Add in the chips and coconut and mix until well combined.
  5. Place level cookie-scoopfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet, about 2" apart.
  6. Bake for 9-13 minutes or until edges are just beginning to turn golden brown. Allow to cool on sheet for a few minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.
