oh. my. goodness. I have to remind this is for the salad and not to eat by the spoon. So easy to whip up and so delicious

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the tender flesh into the blender.
  2. Add all other ingredients to blender and puree till completely smooth.
  3. If you are on a low salt diet, delete the salt. I've tried it both ways. The lime adds so much pizzaz that salt isn't necessary.
  4. That's it! How easy is that? Just pour over your fresh garden salad, or dish of your choice.
