  1. Reconstitute the cheese and refrigerate.
  2. Sweat garlic, butter, and wine and let reduce by 3/4. Add in water, bechamel, and cheese blend. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add seasonings and simmer for a couple minutes.
  4. Fold in reconstituted cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
