Directions:

  1. Refresh cheese and mix it together with panko and quinoa puffs. Set aside in a small bowl.
  2. Mix together flour, basil, and 1 tbsp chefs choice seasoning. Set aside in a small bowl.
  3. Mix together scrambled egg mix, instant milk powder, and water and set aside in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the 1/2 tsp chefs choice evenly over all 8 chicken tenders in a small bowl and set aside.
  5. To bread chicken, take seasoned chicken tenders, one by one, and first place in the flour mixture.
  6. After dredging in the flour, put it in the egg mixture and then bread it with the quinoa mixture.
  7. Once all the tenders are breaded it is best if tenders rest for about 5 minutes in the fridge, after this you can bake in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is done to 165.
  8. Another way to cook them is in a frying pan with enough oil to come up about half way up the product. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until chicken is golden brown and internal temp hits 165.
