Quick and delicious Tomato Soup with the added flavor and benefits of Red Bell Peppers. Make as directed or add your own special touches, like maybe a splash of cream?

  1. Powder the Red Bell Peppers in a blender, food processor or could even use a zip lock and rolling pin.
  2. Add all the Bell Peppers, Tomato Powder, and seasonings to a sauce pan.
  3. Stir in water.
  4. Bring your soup to a gentle boil and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. The longer the soup simmers the thicker it will get. If it get a little too thick for your liking just add a bit more water.
  6. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
  7. If you would like your soup to be more of a bisque then add a splash of cream.
  8. You are now ready to serve in a mug or a bowl.
  9. Feel free to add some Cheddar Bites! Let the Chedder Bites soften for about two minutes and they make a nice crunchy addition to your soup instead of croutons.
