"Gimme Thrive" Chicken Potato Corn Chowder (Jar Meal)

This thick, delicious chowder had my family asking for seconds. True comfort food! Make a few jars at a time and have a quick meal on hand for those busy nights. Or, feel free to just make it straight from Thrive can to pot!

To assemble the jar:

  1. Layer the ingredients in order in a clean quart-sized jar.

To cook the jar meal:

  1. Pour the contents of the jar into a large Dutch oven or pot, along with 4 1/2 to 5 cups of water. Stir well.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with sour cream, avocado, chips, etc.
