"Gimme Thrive" Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

It's waaaaaaay healthier than a blueberry muffin. And faster too! You can sub in another berry if you like, but keep the banana for the sweetness. You could also add some liquid stevia if you need it a little sweeter.

  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Greek Style Yogurt Bites - Freeze Dried or other Thrive yogurt bite flavors
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Blueberries - Freeze DriedTHRIVE Blueberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Banana Slices - Freeze DriedTHRIVE Banana Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. Quick Oats you could also use old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 tsp. Classic Lemonade (Seasonal)
  • 1/2 c. ice
