  1. Place the onions, carrots, garlic, and dry herbs in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Allow to stand 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not drain liquid left over from reconstitution, add it to the sauce.
  2. In a 3-qt. saucepan, sweat the mixture with the olive oil to develop flavor.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and lightly simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Water amount can be adjusted to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Serving Ideas: Great with pasta or as a dipping sauce. Try topping with THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (FD).
