  • 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. White chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. Dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Shortening Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder + 4 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour) (divided)
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda

  1. Melt 1 ½ cups of the chocolate chips and set aside.
  2. Combine sugar and shortening and mix together. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
  3. Add melted chocolate and mix again. Sift in flour, salt, and baking soda; blend well.
  4. Fold in remaining chocolate chips and blend. Scoop onto greased cookie sheet by spoonfuls.
  5. Bake at 350F for 8–12 minutes.

Serving Idea: Toast a large marshmallow under the broiler, with a torch, or over a fire and place between two of these cookies for a delicious cookie sandwich!
