  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Beef BouillonTHRIVE Beef Bouillon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Tomato Powder
  • 1/2 Sprig rosemary
  • 4 Sprigs thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs ChoiceTHRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE PeppercornTHRIVE Peppercorn
  • 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/4 c. Chopped Onions- Dehydrated
  • 4 tbsp. Butter
  • 3/4 c. Red wine

  1. In a medium saucepan, sweat garlic with olive oil until golden brown. Add onions and stir well.
  2. Deglaze pan quickly with red wine and allow to reduce by half.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except flour and butter and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in a small skillet, add flour, and cook together until brown in color. Allow to cool and whisk into gravy to thicken.
  5. Simmer gravy for 3–4 more minutes and pour through a strainer before serving.
