  • 5 tbsp. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk +1 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Bring milk to a boil. Add quick oats and bring down to a simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Once oatmeal is tender, add brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Let oatmeal rest covered for 3–5 minutes before serving.
