  • 2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs ChoiceTHRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

  1. In a food processor, blend red peppers to a powder.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to pepper mixture except mayonnaise and stir well to incorporate.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled.

Use as a dipping sauce or a spread!
