Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1 c. Quick Oats
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Honey CrystalsTHRIVE Honey Crystals
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder + 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk + 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. THRIVE Banana Slices - Freeze DriedTHRIVE Banana Slices - Freeze Dried (reconstituted and pureed)

Streusel

  • 3 tbsp. Quick Oats
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Honey CrystalsTHRIVE Honey Crystals
  • 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/4 c. butter, diced cold
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Add wet ingredients and blend together until just incorporated.
  3. Scoop into 12 paper lined muffin tins.
  4. Mix all streusel ingredients together and cut with dough cutter. Sprinkle even portions on top of the muffins.
  5. Bake in oven at 400F for 30–35 minutes.
