  • 3/4 c. 10 Grain Pancake Mix
  • 1/3 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. THRIVE Scrambled Egg MixTHRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix
  • 1/3 c. water


  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Combine all filling ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick (about 5 minutes). Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish and set aside.
  2. Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Pour batter on top of filling.
  3. Combine dry streusel ingredients and cut butter in, mixing until combined. Sprinkle on top of cake batter.
  4. Bake cobbler at 400°F for 18–22 minutes or until cake is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.

Serve with vanilla bean ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
