  • 1/3 c. Rice Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Instant Brown RiceTHRIVE Instant Brown Rice - ground into flour
  • 1/3 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 c. gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. butter

  1. Combine dry streusel ingredients and cut in butter until crumbly.
  2. Mix all filling ingredients together and pour into an 8x8 pan. Sprinkle streusel evenly over top and bake at 400°F for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
