A fun fruity dessert with our Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix as the crust!

Cookie Crust

  • 3 1/3 c. Vanilla Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. water

  1. Make dough as directed on can. Press into a greased 9x13 pan until even (for round pizza, spread onto a pizza pan).
  2. Bake at 350F for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. While crust is baking, prepare topping by whipping cream cheese in mixer with paddle attachment, scraping bowl occasionally. Add marshmallow cream and mix until smooth.
  4. Reconstitute fruits separately and drain excess water if any.
  5. Once cookie crust is done and completely cooled, spread topping over crust and top with fruit (sprinkle over or create pattern).
