  • 3 3/4 c. THRIVE Country White Dough MixTHRIVE Country White Dough Mix
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Instant Dry Yeast
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. + 2 tbsp. warm water
  • 6 clv. garlic, roasted

  1. Add bread mix, yeast, and parmesan to warm water in mixer with dough hook.
  2. Mix on low until dough comes together. Knead for 5 minutes on medium speed or until gluten is formed.
  3. Turn out on counter and knead garlic into dough. Place dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).
  4. Shape dough into a loaf and place in parchment-lined pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in size again, (about 45 minutes).
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown.
