  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
  2. In a large sauté pan, brown the bacon and drain most of the grease.
  3. Add garlic and onions and stir; add white wine and reduce slightly.
  4. Add water and remaining vegetables and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Whisk in sauce mixes and seasoning; allow to simmer 1–2 minutes and add pasta. Toss together and add in cheese.

Yield: 4 cups
