Chief Executive Chef

Chef Todd holds a silver and five gold medals in ACF sanctioned competitions and is the youngest chef in Utah to earn the ACF accredited status of Certified Executive Chef. Chef Todd loves developing new recipes to showcase the great taste and convenience of THRIVE and is known for his gourmet concoctions, exciting Thrive It Up cooking broadcasts, and larger-than-life personality.

Steve Palmer

Steve’s leadership, business savvy, and entrepreneurial spirit have turned the vision he and Jason had of helping people across the world become self-reliant into one of the fastest growing companies in Utah and the nation.  With Steve’s vision and passion for success, Thrive Life continues to grow exponentially and reach new levels of success.


Amy Palmer

Amy received a degree in Community Health from Utah State University, and is also a Registered Nurse. She loves cooking with THRIVE and has been extensively involved in developing recipes for the THRIVE Kitchen.

Director of Marketing

Eric brings his extensive background in strategic marketing and creative direction to Thrive Life as the Director of Marketing. His creativity and innovative ideas have brought a fresh new look to Thrive Life conventions, regional meetings, trainings, and more.
