Will I have the option to ship items I'm purchasing at the convention store?

All THRIVE product and literature purchases may be shipped. Logo merchandise must be ordered separately and cannot be shipped.


Is my registration fee refundable?

If you are unable to attend convention, you can receive a full refund for your registration fee. To receive a refund, please contact our customer service department at (877) 743-5373 and they will assist you.


What does the registration fee include?

Your registration fee covers the four main sessions and all breakout sessions and workshops from Thursday through Saturday. You will be responsible for any meals and other activities you choose to participate in.


Can I bring my children?

At convention, we strive to maintain an atmosphere that is ideal for learning. We want everyone in attendance to feel engaged in all the breakout sessions and other meetings. To maintain this atmosphere we ask that you do not bring toddlers and small children. Infants of nursing age are welcome to attend with their mothers.


Can I bring guests?

Anyone who wishes to attend convention must pay the registration fee. We are not offering two-person registration this year, so each person must register individually.


Where can I stay during convention?

Discounted hotel rates are offered for convention attendees at the Marriott and Shilo Inn, which are both within walking distance of the Salt Palace. Please see our Travel page for more information.


Is there free parking at the Salt Palace?

There is a $10 fee per car per day at the Salt Palace. However, parking at many hotels is free, and there are many other affordable parking lots within walking distance of the Salt Palace.
