Garlic Herbed Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
  • 1/2 tsp. Salad Seasoning Blend
  • 1 c. THRIVE Mashed Potatoes

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan and saute garlic until lightly caramelized.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except Mashed Potato flakes and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add in Mashed Potato flakes and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to rest 1 minute before serving.
