Believe it or not, I don't use these much for cooking; however, I've gone through 5 small cans just snacking on them. I mix peas up with corn for snacks. I've eaten more freeze dried peas in the last year since I joined than I have ever eaten in my life. Get your dark green veggies out of a can!
