Ingredients

  • 2 c 9 Grain Cracked Cereal
  • 1/2 c THRIVE Granny Smith Apple Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 c Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 c Brown Sugar
  • 4 c water

Directions

  1. add all ingredients to a pot and turn on heat cook on med till apple and cereal reconstitiue ( about 15 min) stir and serve.
