Almond Coconut Granola

This awesome granola utilizes the awesome Thrive Honey crystals, as well as the Thrive 9 grain, and the all new Thrive Vanilla powder!

Ingredients
- 2 C 9 Grain Cracked Cereal, contains: hard red and white wheat, barley, rye, oats, corn, millet, hulled buckwheat and flax seed
- 6 C Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 C Almonds (I take whole almonds and blend them to a fine powder to avoid big chunks of nuts)
- 1 1/2 C Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 1 C THRIVE Honey Crystals
- 1/4 C Water
- 1/2 C THRIVE Blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a large bowlmix together oats, 9 grain, almonds, coconut, and cinnamon
- On stove heat 1 cup oil, 1 cup honey crystals, and 1/4 cup water on medium high heat. Stir constantly until honey is dissolved and oil blends well. It will be a dark caramel color.
- Add vanilla powder to mixture and take off heat.
- Pour Honey mixture over dry ingredients and mix well
- Spread granola onto two cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the mix around with a spatula, bake for 5-7 minutes more. Watch closely, and bake a few more minutes if you like it crispy. I found that 17 minutes was perfect
- Let cool and serve with your favorite thrive fruit. (blueberries, bananas, strawberries)
