American Goulash

Ingredients
- 2 lb. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger)
- 1 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 2 clv. Garlic
- 3 c. Water
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Powder
- 4 tbsp. THRIVE Tomato Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 3 ea Bay Leaves
- 1 tbsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 c. Elbow Macaroni
Directions
- Mix together the Ground Beef, Green Peppers and Onions. Add water to rehydrate and then drain.
- Stir together all of the other ingredients except the Elbow Macaroni.
- Heat to boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in Elbow Macaroni, cover and simmer until pasta is tender about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and discard bay leaves. Enjoy.
- Serve in bowls with shredded cheese.
