  • 2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- rehydrate 2 min and drain
  • 2 c. THRIVE Broccoli - rehydrate 2 min and drain
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Honey Crystals do not rehydrate
  • 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 lb bacon ( cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese (do not rehydrate)


  1. Cook bacon and wait to cool.
  2. Rehydrate cauliflower and broccoli for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain broccoli and cauliflower and add mayo, sour cream, honey crystals, Chef's Choice seasoning.
  4. Add bacon when cooled.
  5. Lastly, add the unrehydated Thrive Cheddar cheese. Put in refrigerator to cool and enjoy!
