Amish Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

- 2 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- rehydrate 2 min and drain
- 2 c. THRIVE Broccoli - rehydrate 2 min and drain
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Honey Crystals do not rehydrate
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/2 lb bacon ( cooked and crumbled)
- 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese (do not rehydrate)
- Cook bacon and wait to cool.
- Rehydrate cauliflower and broccoli for 2 minutes.
- Drain broccoli and cauliflower and add mayo, sour cream, honey crystals, Chef's Choice seasoning.
- Add bacon when cooled.
- Lastly, add the unrehydated Thrive Cheddar cheese. Put in refrigerator to cool and enjoy!
