Ingredients

  • 3 c. Whole Grain Penne Pasta Cooked
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
  • 1/3 c. THRIVE Onion Slices
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Italian Sausage
  • 1 c. Water, to hydrate

Directions

  1. Mix all dressing ingredients together
  2. Mix pasta, veggies (rehydrated), and sausage together
  3. Add dressing to pasta mix to your liking
