Ingredients
- 3 c. Whole Grain Penne Pasta Cooked
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Celery
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Onion Slices
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 c. Italian Sausage
- 1 c. Water, to hydrate
Directions
- Mix all dressing ingredients together
- Mix pasta, veggies (rehydrated), and sausage together
- Add dressing to pasta mix to your liking
