Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Double Acting Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 c. Cane Sugar
- 12 tbsp. Butter, unsalted
- 1 Raw, Whole Egg
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
- 2 c. THRIVE Granny Smith Apple Slices - Freeze Dried
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray an 8X11 baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Reconstitute the granny smith apples and set aside. Mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter together. Add in the egg, orange juice, and vanilla.
- Mix in the dry ingredients, then fold in the apples. Spread the mix into the baking sheet evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Enjoy!
