Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Fuji Apple Slices - Freeze Dried rehydrated
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder + 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 3/4 c. Nonfat Powdered Milk prepared
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt

Directions

  1. Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a saute pan, saute apple slices with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until tender.
  3. In a blender or food processor, whip eggs, flour, milk, and salt on high for 1 minute.
  4. Transfer hot apples to a greased 8x8 baking dish.
  5. Pour batter over apples.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup, if desired.
