Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C Quick Oats
  • 1/4 C Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 C Candied Ginger, diced
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Cloves
  • 1 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 2 C THRIVE Instant Milk - Hydrated and chilled overnight
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Whole Egg Powder Mix with 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 3 Tbsp Butter, Melted and Cooled
  • 3/4 C THRIVE Banana Slices - Hydrated
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Blueberries - Hydrated
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Blackberries - Hydrated
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Raspberries - Hydrated

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees. Butter an 8" square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, sugar, ginger, baking powder, spices and salt.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together milk, egg and melted butter.
  4. Place the bananas in the bottom of the prepared dish so that they cover the bottom.
  5. Cover bananas with a third of the berries. Spoon in the oat mixture and then pour in the milk mixture.
  6. Press the remaining berries into the oats and sprinkle the top with cinnamon.
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the mixture is bubbling vigorously and the edges are lightly browned.
