Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thrive bananas
  • 2 cups Coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup Chia seeds
  • 4 Tablespoons Sweetener dry
  • 6 Thrive strawberries

Directions

  1. Hydrate bananas in about 1/2 cup of water, blend with the milk, pour into a bowl mix in the sweetener and chia. Let sit until thickened in the fridge. Then when ready to serve sprinkle with the strawberries
