Beef Stew (Espagnole)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Beef Dices - FD
- 6 c. water
- 2 tbsp. butter or THIRVE Butter
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced or THRIVE Garlic
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - FD
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - FD
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Italian Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Green Onions - FD
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Zucchini - FD
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Peas - FD
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - FD
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Carrot Dices
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Tomato Dices - FD
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Celery - FD
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/3 c. THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
Directions
- Soak beef in 6 cups water for 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, sweat butter and garlic.
- Add beef and water and bring to a simmer. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly.
- Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Allow to rest for 2–3 minutes and serve.
