Ingredients
- 1 c. Beef Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1 c. THRIVE Mushroom Pieces - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Sour Cream Powder
- 2 tsp. Tomato Powder
- 1/4 c. THRIVE Espagnole (Savory Beef Gravy)
- 1 tsp. THRIVE Beef Bouillon
- 1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1 1/2 c. Egg Noodle Pasta
Directions
- Layer all ingredients in the order listed into a wide-mouth quart sized mason jar. Shake the ingredients down as you measure them in. Place a new oxygen absorption packet in the top of the jar, then put on a new lid and ring. Store away from light to ensure a longer shelf life.
- Once you get to where everything except the noodles are in the jar, it will look really full. Smack the side of the jar, allowing all of the powdered ingredients to settle down between the pieces of mushrooms and onions. Then there will be room at the top of the jar to cram in the noodles.
- Dump contents of the jar into a saucepan with 4 cups cold water and let sit for 10 minutes. Bring to a boil on the stove, then turn stove down to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add additional water if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
