Ingredients

  • 2 cups Salad Greens (spinach, beet, arugula, etc)
  • 1 cup Thrive Life FD Diced Chicken
  • 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Strawberries
  • 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Blueberries
  • 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Raspberries
  • 2 TBSP Thrive Life FD Mangoes
  • 2 TBSP Sliced almonds or Pecans (optional)
  • 2 TBSP Favorite Poppy Seed or vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Put 1 cup of Thrive Life FD Diced Chicken with 1 cup of water in a skillet on High heat. Add 1/2tsp salt and 1/4tsp pepper. Stir until all chicken is moist. Cook until water is completely steamed out. Stirring occasionally. Transfer to a plate to cool.
  2. Place 1 cup of Salad greens on two plates. Add 1 TBSP of each Thrive Life ingredient to each plate. Divide the cooled chicken and put half on each salad plate. Top with nuts and dressing of choice.
  3. Enjoy!
