Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. THRIVE Strawberry Slices FD
  • 3/4 c. THRIVE Pears FD
  • 1/8 tsp. Classic Lemonade (Seasonal)
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Quick Oats
  • 2 tbsp. pecan pieces, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. THRIVE Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tbsp. Butter

Directions

  1. Combine the strawberries, pears, lemonade powder and water in a bowl. Refresh for at least 10 minutes while you make the crumble topping.
  2. Measure the sugar, oats, pecan pieces, gluten-free flour and pumpkin pie spice into a plastic bag. Shake to mix. Your little ones will like helping with this part. Add the tablespoon of butter and then close the bag. Knead the butter in until the topping looks like loose crumbs.
  3. Bake It
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Butter the bottom of a glass baking dish. Add the fruit mixture, then the crumble mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fruit is cooked.
