Perfect for those folks with a wheat allergy or who are working to avoid dairy. OOEY GOOEY and so sinful, you will not realize that there is about 14 g of daily recommended fiber! And can I say more about coconut and chocolate???

Ingredients

  • 15 oz THRIVE Instant Black Beans, cooked completely to done
  • 1/4 tsp Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Honey Crystals, make sure to mix them to make the 1/2 C
  • 1/2 tsp Cane Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Powder- Spice Can
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 C Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 C Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 C Quick Oats
  • 1 pkg Dark Chocolate, 45-59% Cacao Solids chip

Directions

  1. Combine and blend WELL in your food processor ; black beans, cocoa powder, sat, honey, sugar, coconut oil, vanilla, almond extract, baking powder and mix until thoroughly blended ( make sure beans are well blended!)
  2. Combine in a bowl: oats, coconut and cacao chips
  3. Mix wet ingredients into the dry and blend well.
  4. Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 8X8 pan well with coconut cooking spray
  5. Pour the batter in and ( if you wish) sprinkle coconut over the top , Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean ( except for melted cacoa!)
  6. Let cool down. Serve warm or cold, store in the refrigerator.
