Ingredients
- 1 C Thrive Scrambled Egg Mix
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1 Tbsp Thrive Instant Milk Powder
- 1/4 c. Thrive Green Chili Peppers
- 1/4 c. Thrive Red Bell Peppers
- 1 Tbsp Thrive Chopped Onions
- 1/2 c Thrive Sausage Crumbles
- 1 tsp Season Salt
- 1 Tbsp Cholula Hot Sauce
- 1/4 c Fresh Cilantro Leaves, finely chopped
- 8 Flour Tortillas (6-8 inch)
- 1 1/2 c Thrive Shredded Cheese, reconstituted
Directions
- Mix Scrambled Egg Mix powder with water and milk powder to reconstitute.
- Reconstitute peppers, sausage, and onions by placing them in a small bowl and just covering with water.
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes and drain any access water.
- In a skillet on medium high heat, saute peppers, onions and sausage together until slightly browned.
- Add season salt, hot sauce, and cilantro to pan and stir will to incorporate.
- Beat Egg mixture, add to hot skillet, and stir in.
- Cook to scramble, stirring occasionally to get fluffy eggs.
- Warm tortillas, put 1/2 c of scrambled egg mixture on each one and top with cheese.
