Broccoli and Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients
- 2 c. THRIVE Broccoli
- 1 c. THRIVE Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. THRIVE Chopped Onions
- 1 tbsp. Butter
- 1 tbsp. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
- 3 tbsp. THRIVE Instant Milk + 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. Iodized Salt
- 1/2 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
- 1/4 tsp. Peppercorn
- 1 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese - (reconstituted)
Directions
- Place the broccoli, cauliflower, and onion in a bowl and barely cover with water; drain when reconstituted. Preheat oven to 350F.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in the flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk and cream and slowly bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
- Add seasoning and 3/4 cup of the cheese to sauce.
- Mix everything but cheese together in a bowl and place in a greased 8x8 baking pan.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
