Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - FD
  • 3 c. THRIVE Butternut Squash - FD
  • 5 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - FD
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 7 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Chives

Directions

  1. Sauté dry onions in butter for 1 minute.
  2. Add all ingredients except chives and heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil.
  3. Cover the pot and simmer 15 minutes until all vegetables are soft.
  4. Pour the soup into a blender and puree.
  5. Return soup to pot and add cream, chives, and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish soup with additional chives.
