Butternut Squash Bisque

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Butter, salted or THRIVE Butter
- 1/2 c. THRIVE Chopped Onions - FD
- 3 c. THRIVE Butternut Squash - FD
- 5 tsp. THRIVE Chicken Bouillon
- 1 c. THRIVE Potato Dices - FD
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 7 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Chives
Directions
- Sauté dry onions in butter for 1 minute.
- Add all ingredients except chives and heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil.
- Cover the pot and simmer 15 minutes until all vegetables are soft.
- Pour the soup into a blender and puree.
- Return soup to pot and add cream, chives, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish soup with additional chives.
