Ingredients

  • 1 can caramel flavored sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. THRIVE Granny Smith Apple Slices - Freeze Dried rehydrated
  • 1 tbsp. Pure Vanilla Powder - Spice Can
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 c. THRIVE Instant White Rice reconstituted
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Break or chop granny smith apples into bite sized pieces as directed by the instructions on the can. Reconstitute white rice to equal 2 cups of cooked white rice. Let cool. Pour rice into a bowl add vanilla powder, cinnamon, drained apple slices, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix to incorporate all ingredients and make sure the rice and apples are coated. Store in the refrigerator and chill about two hours. Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts. You can opt not to cool the rice and combine the ingredients for a warm breakfast treat or serve cold as a dessert.
