by on October 9, 2015 - Use this pizza crust when you crave chewy pizza but want to skip all the carbs. Easy to assemble, add whatever toppings you like! I put 2 servings but it makes one 8-9 pie.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 C THRIVE Cauliflower, not rehydrated
  • 1 Tbsp THRIVE Scrambled Egg Mix, not rehydrated
  • 1/2 C THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, not rehydrated
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  3. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Turn food processor to on and process until it clumps into a ball, about 30 seconds.
  4. Scoop dough from food processor to parchment paper. Roll into a ball.
  5. Press into a circle. Use a rolling pin to gently press the dough to about 1/4" thickness.
  6. Make an edge around the outside of pizza crust if preferred.
  7. Bake 12-13 minutes or until lightly browned and not soggy.
  8. Remove from oven. Brush with oil
  9. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings and cheese.
  10. Bake for an additional 5-10 more minutes until crust is firm and toppings are heated.
