Ingredients

  • 3 c. THRIVE Cauliflower- Freeze Dried
  • 2 c. Boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, salted
  • 3 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 pn. Salad Seasoning Blend Optional

Directions

  1. Pulverize Cauliflower in Blender until it's a fine powder
  2. Add boiling water, salt. Blend.
  3. Add Butter, Cream Cheese, spices. Blend until well mixed.
  4. Allow to sit for a minute or two to thicken.
  5. Adjust thickness, if desired, by adding more cream cheese (for thicker) or more hot water (For thinner)
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Can add Green Chiles, garlic, or cheese as desired.
  8. Can be blended with a hand mixer if preferred.
