Ingredients

  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Butter or THRIVE butter
  • 1/2 c. White Wine
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 c. THRIVE Béchamel (Creamy White Sauce)
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Cheese Blend
  • 1/4 tsp. THRIVE Chefs Choice
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 oz. Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. Reconstitute the cheese and refrigerate.
  2. Sweat garlic, butter, and wine and let reduce by 3/4. Add in water, bechamel, and cheese blend. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add seasonings and simmer for a couple minutes. Fold in reconstituted cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
