Ingredients

  • 2 c. THRIVE Ground Beef (Hamburger) - Freeze Dried refreshed
  • 1 c. THRIVE Onion Slices - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. Dry Taco Seasoning Mix (one package)
  • 1/2 c Cheese Blend
  • 1 1/2 c. Elbow Macaroni
  • 1/4 c. THRIVE Green Chili Peppers - Freeze Dried
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 c. THRIVE Kale - Freeze Dried
  • THRIVE Sour Cream Powder reconstituted or fresh sour cream, optional
  • THRIVE Green Onions - Freeze Dried Optional

Directions

  1. Heat large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add beef, onions, taco seasoning, and cheese blend. Stir to combine.
  2. Add macaroni, chili peppers, and water. Stir to combine. Cover with lid.
  3. Cook for 5 mins, stirring once. Remove lid. Add kale, stir to combine.
  4. Cover with lid. Cook about 3-4 mins until macaroni tender, stirring once or twice while cooking.
  5. Serve with sour cream and green onions on top.
